If you would like to order more than one cardboard collection box or plastic collection tin please complete this form and then email community.events@gosh.org to place your request.

Your collection box will be sent to you within the next 5–7 working days.

Terms and conditions

I accept responsibility for my Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity collection box. I undertake to use the collection box solely for the benefit of the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity (registered charity no. 1160024). I will return said box to the charity when the activity is complete, or when requested to do so by Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity. I agree to abide by the statutory Laws regarding the Collection of Monies for their charitable purposes. I am 16 years of age or over.
